Ceremony and Reception
4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
We cannot wait to celebrate our wedding day with you.
The Ceremony will be held at The Timberlodge at Arrowhead Golf Club at 4 pm.
Immediately following the ceremony we invite you to join us at The Sterling at Arrowhead Golf Club for cocktail hour, dinner, drinks, and to dance the night away.
Black Tie Optional ~ Dress To Impress. Black Tie & Gowns are Encouraged.

We recommend flying into Buffalo International Airport! For hotel accommodations please see our recommendations below. We have hotel blocks at two hotels, The Mosey and The Hawthorn Suites. We recommend calling the hotels to reserve your rooms to receive the discounted block rates.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive sometime between 3:30 - 3:50 pm for our ceremony that will begin at 4 pm at The Timberlodge. If you are unable to make the ceremony please arrive at 5 pm at The Sterling for our reception.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Please reach out if you have questions!
What will the weather be like?
Welcome to Buffalo, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Buffalo should be beautiful, averaging 60-70 degrees, it may get chilly at night. Please bring some warm layers for the evening, we don't want anyone freezing their bu...well you get the point. ;)
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking near at The Timberlodge and Sterling parking lots. You may park cars overnight and pick them up by 10 am the following morning.
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
Yes, The Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham located in Williamsville, NY (near the Buffalo Airport) includes shuttle service to the venue and back for those who stay at their hotel.
For those traveling from Rochester and Syracuse, The Batavia Downs Hotel, includes shuttle service for those who stay at their hotel on a first come first serve basis.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held indoors. The reception will be in an indoor/outdoor atmosphere.
What should I wear?
Our wedding colors are black and white. Dress to impress. Black Tie ~ Formal attire.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Your best dancing shoes :)
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We kindly ask that you let our photographers and videographers take photos and videos during our ceremony. You can take all the photos you'd like after the ceremony.
Will food be served?
Yes, there will be hors d' oeuvres, sit down dinner, desserts and late night snacks later in the evening.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Please notate your dietary restrictions in your RSVP.
What time will the reception end?
The reception will end at 11 pm. After party planned to take place at Santoras on Transit road.
