Can I bring a date?

Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we have reduced children to family only. We do hope you will still be able to join us but do appreciate if this complicates things for you.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking at the venue. For anyone planning on leaving their car at the venue overnight. Please ensure it is collected by 9:00am the following day as they will be setting up for another wedding.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is all over one floor with access ramps.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding is indoors, however there is lots of outdoor space for you to explore and enjoy during the day.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Please let us know of your dietary restrictions when prompted when you complete your RSVP.
I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
Chipping Campden has a range of B&B's and cottages available, here are just some to name:
Noel Arms, Badgers Hall, Eight Bells Inn, The Malins, The Volunteer Inn, Honeypot Cottages.
Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?
White :)

Please call either Ben or Natalie with any questions you may have.
What time should I arrive?
For day guests we would advise arriving from 11am to allow you enough time to find the venue, get parked and chose your seats.
Will I have to pay for parking?
No, parking is free, just please do pick up your cars by 9:00am the following day.
When should evening guests arrive?
We would love you to join us from 6pm :)
Will food be served?
Yes, both during the course of the day and the evening party.

Covid related update
We recognize it has been a whirlwind of a year and would love you to be able to join us for our special day.
We are very much hoping that the Government Covid Restrictions are all lifted by 21st June and remain this way.
But if things move more slowly or revert, we might be stuck with the May guest limit of 30, or April’s of 15, or even March’s 6! This would give us some difficult decisions to make.
Some accommodation providers have been flexible, and hopefully they will continue to be so. However please do speak with your accommodation provider prior to booking.
Gifting
We know it isn’t traditional, it’s not the way it’s done, but instead
of pots and pans, we’d like a little fun! So if you’d like to give a gift to help us celebrate. Some help towards our honeymoon we would appreciate! The choice is really up to you and we would like to say, That the best gift we could receive is you joining us on our wedding day!
