Story
We cannot wait to finally get married and share the weekend with you! Dancing shoes at the ready…
Tidbits
What was your most memorable date?
Dominoes in Guildford, overdressed in shirt and blazers. Sounds bang average, but it was our first night away from Sandhurst together which instantly made it amazing.
What's your favorite activity together?
Going on a trip somewhere new with no plans. Cooking together, eating too much burrata and burning it all off running, cycling or crossfit
Where are you going for your honeymoon?
BALI !!
What's the best meal you have eaten together?
We had a Michelin star meal at a delicious little lodge on the Isle of Skye the day we got engaged. We felt well justified to order the champagne!
What's the most memorable trip you have taken together?
We both loved Vietnam and can't wait to get back to Asia. But skinny dipping on the Isle of Harris on a wild, empty white sand beach was something special!
We’re on the same page about
Dancing like lunatics on the dancefloor. Head-bob vs a lot of arm movement.
A life goal of ours
Retire well, buy a campervan, and see everything we missed in the previous years with our collection of dogs (the kids are grown up and not invited).
The most spontaneous thing we’ve done
Turning up to a hilly ultramarathon having never ran further than a half. That was silly.
The dorkiest thing about us is
We both really enjoy going to the gym in the early morning, and genuinely love our jobs!
We take pride in
Our breakfasts and Sunday roasts. Joe takes particular pride in his homemade gravy (Northerner Nik confesses this is very good)

Your presence is enough of a present to us!
For those of you who insist on a gift, we would be over the moon to receive contributions for our honeymoon in Bali. We hope to be able to sail through the Komodo Island National Park, hop the Gili Islands, get Bali massages and enjoy the occasional spot of luxury! Thank you for considering to help us achieve this and for joining us on our special day!

Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 10 March 23 which gives us good time to confirm numbers and details. We would recommend booking glamping tipis before then as they do get booked up!
Can I bring a date?
When you submit your name on the website RSVP, if you have a plus one they will be named there. If they are not on there, we are really sorry but we are having to be tight on our numbers!
Are kids welcome?
We are sorry that we will not be including little ones in the ceremony or reception. Have a night off!
Where should I park?
Parking during the Ceremony is at the Crown Inn. At Kingsettle Stud for the reception, the field just off from the Courtyard will be signposted.
What should I wear?
Gents - lounge suits, however this has 'ties round heads' options for the evening. Ladies - something that makes you feel fab! We wouldn't recommend stilettos - the gardens are all grassland, with gravel in the courtyard and a slightly uneven brick floor in the venue.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast are both indoors. The reception venue has an open courtyard and ample gardens to explore at your leisure.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and videos and share them after the day.
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
Whom should I call with questions?
I would say either is safe, asking Nikki is safer.
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
No, if you are not staying onsite with us, then you will need to drive or order taxis.
Is there a gifts registry?
As we live together we have all the things we need!
We are jetting off to Bali for our honeymoon, so if you wish to make a contribution towards our first holiday as husband and wife, it would be beyond appreciated!
Where can I get ready if I glamp for the weekend?
Fear not, ladies! There will be a big central pamper tipi with mirrors, tables, sofas etc, with toilets, showers, and power access for hair styling. Fully kitted out tipis will also have their own mirrors and side tables. Though please remember your presence and having a good time is way more important to us than perfectly coiffed curls!
We would recommend bringing power banks for phone charging etc overnight.
