Story
We originally met through mutual friends, then years later on May 31, 2019, we reconnected on a night out and the rest was history. Covid got in the way for a while and caused Nicole to get stuck in Norway longer than we expected, but through it all our relationship continued to blossom.

Your presence is enough of a present to us! However, if you'd like to contribute to our Home or Honeymoon fund, we'd greatly appreciate it. As this is a destination wedding, it will be hard for us to transport non-cash gifts.
Travel
Flying In
We recommend flying into Fort-Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. However, Miami International Airport or Palm Beach International Airport are good alternatives.
Getting to the Wedding Venue
There a lots of ways to get to the wedding venue. There are several car rental options, and Lyft and Uber are relatively inexpensive. The wedding location is approximately a 20 minute drive from the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport.
If you are flying into Miami International Airport or Palm Beach Airport instead, and you are feeling adventurous, you can take the Tri-Rail from the airport to the Fort Lauderdale station and take an Uber or Lyft from there.
April is the high season in Fort Lauderdale. We would highly recommend you make your arrangements as soon as possible for the best rates and availability.
GALLERYone - a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel
The yacht for wedding will leave from this hotel, so if you are looking for convenience this is the hotel for you.
Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach
This hotel is .35 miles from the wedding venue location.
Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale/Downtown Las Olas Area
This hotel is 2.25 miles from the wedding venue location.

Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by February 15th, so we can have an accurate headcount. :)
Can I bring a date?
No. Sorry, because the boat has limited space we have had to limit our guest numbers so unfortunately we are unable to offer +1's.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids. If you need help finding a babysitter, please reach out.
What will the weather be like?
Welcome to Fort Lauderdale! The weather here can be funny. The temperature in April is usually sunny and warm, rarely falling below 75 degrees Fahrenheit or exceeding 78 degrees Fahrenheit. However, temperatures can dip at night so you may want to bring a sweater.
Where should I park?
Parking is provided at the GALLERYone hotel, with a daily parking fee of US$15 or an overnight fee of US$45 per day.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
No it is not. There are three sets of stairs on the yacht that will need to be navigated.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors on the top deck of the yacht, but our reception will be held inside of the yacht in the air conditioning.
What should I wear?
The dress code is Beach Cocktail Attire. We recommend cocktail dresses with comfortable shoes for the ladies and a dinner jacket for the gentlemen.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Calling all ladies! This is a boat that is moving. We'd highly advise you to wear comfortable heels or flats. I don't want any of you breaking your ankles!
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on our app Joy. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
Whom should I call with questions?
Please feel free to call Nicole at +1 (345) 917-1555 or Cameron at +1 (345) 926-2005.
Will there be dancing?
