Quentin “Q” and Nikia “Nikki” met at church. Nikki was sent to meet Q during one of the teen church services to see how he was running his part of the program. They instantly hit it off as Nikki said, “People from Dallas (The Big D) get along well with people from Detroit (The D).” They saw each other two more times over the next couple of years and reconnected 5 years later. Q and Nikki share a mutual enjoyment over attending sporting events. And Nikki knows to allow Q to have 2 screens up during March Madness!

Nikki’s most memorable date was their trip to Chicago Labor Day weekend 2015. They walked all over downtown, as Nikki puts it, and were able to talk about almost everything! Her favorite activity to do with Q is go hiking and traveling. She is eager to introduce Q to more of the Texan lifestyle.

Quentin’s most memorable date was attending a Cleveland Cavaliers Championship watch party. They enjoyed the game, and afterward, walked downtown enjoying the electric environment. His favorite activity to do with Nikki is traveling. He also enjoys spending time with family.
