You can fly right into Charlottetown, drive over the Confederation Bridge from NB or take the Northumberland Ferry from NS.
If a large group of people come in on one flight, we can arrange a coach bus to bring you all to the resort.
Summer is the busiest season on the Island. Please make your travel arrangements ASAP for the best rates and availability.
Flights
Flair Airlines and Air Canada are the only current airlines that go directly from Toronto to Charlottetown.
Flair flies out on Wednesday and Friday at 2:15 p.m. EST from YYZ. Be aware that Flair charges extra for carry on and checked baggage ranging from $30 to $110.
Air Canada flies out at 8:30 a.m., 2:25 p.m., and 7:50 p.m. EST. every day.
If you are not planning to rent a car, share your flight information with Rebecca and/or Tano to determine whether a large group of wedding guests are also on the plane so we can possibly arrange a coach bus to and from Rodd Crowbush and the Charlottetown Airport.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by April 15th, so we can have an accurate headcount. :)
Can I bring a date?
Please check your invite for your +1!
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are welcome at the Friday cocktail reception and Sunday brunch! We will also be providing a babysitting service at the venue during the ceremony if you cannot find other accommodations for them. Please reach out if you have questions!
What will the weather be like?
Welcome to Washington, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Seattle should be beautiful, averaging 75-80 degrees, but will get chilly at night. Please bring some warm layers for the evening, we don't want anyone freezing their bu...well you get the point. ;)
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking near the entrance of the arboretum.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!
What should I wear?
Please see our Schedule for the dress code.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be in a tent :)
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on our app Joy.
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
Whom should I call with questions?
