Alexa is a notorious minimalist, and Sam is famous for his faithful stewardship of material items (aka he used the same backpack for a decade and it's still in decent condition). That being said, we don't need a lot of stuff!
In our year of preparation for marriage, we have been working hard to lay a solid foundation in every area, including finances. We have saved diligently, and as we tie the knot, we're looking forward to our next goal of living and loving generously as a married couple: being debt-free!
We met and fell in love at Evangel...but we also left with $40,000 in student loans. In lieu of traditional wedding shower and wedding gifts, we're asking our family and friends to help jumpstart our repayment. (Paying off our student loans will be our top priority as newlyweds, but there are a few more cash funds you are welcome to contribute to as well.)
