The nearest airport in Sicily is Palermo Falcone Borsellino Airport (PMO) 30 minutes from Castellammare del Golfo. Trapani - Birgi (TPS) airport is a bit further away (45 minutes).

Direct flights are with the following airlines:
EasyJet from London Gatwick (LGW) and London Luton (LTN) to Palermo (PMO).
British Airways from London Heathrow (LHR) to Palermo (PMO).
Ryanair from London Stanstead (STN) to Palermo (PMO) and London Stanstead (STN) to Trapani (TPS).

We would recommend that you stay in Castellammare del Golfo, a resort about a half an hour drive in a taxi or coach from Falcone Borsellinio Airport, Palermo.
There are a handful of restaurants and bars within the main town and huge white sandy beach within walking distance. The wedding venue is 30 minutes away and we will be arranging transport from a meeting point within the town of Castellammare del Golfo to take you to and from the wedding venue.

There are plenty of hotels and B&B's that we found on our visits all in the surrounding areas of the main town. Below are some that we would suggest, but there are plenty more of all different price ranges.

We will be staying in the hotel Punta Nord Est, one of the bigger hotels with a swimming pool if you would like to join us (see details below). We have also listed a few others we came across in the main town and harbour.

A taxi from Falcone Borsellinio Airport in Palermo Castellammare del Golfo is a 30 minute drive. There is also a coach service that runs from the airport.
It is also possible to get a train but you will need to travel from Palermo airport to Piraineto train station (3 minutes train journey or 9 minutes in a taxi) and then change lines from this station to head towards Castellammare del Golfo station, which is about 45 minutes away. The train service is only scheduled three times a day so will you need to check timings based on flight times.
For those that wish to stay closer to the wedding venue in Terrasini, this is about a 15 minute drive in a taxi.

This is where where we will be staying in the centre of town. This Hotel is one of the largest and has a swimming pool.

Our wedding transport will also pick-up and drop-off to this location, but all hotels are fairly close if you are staying somewhere else.
