Garvan Woodland Gardens is a smoke free environment for health and safety reasons, including, but not limited to, the health safety and welfare of workers and visitors to the Gardens and the physical integrity of all buildings, structures, woodlands and grassy areas present on the grounds of the Gardens. Cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, and other tobacco and nicotine products, and any form of open flames present and unacceptable risk of fire to the Gardens and its structures and are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a fine.

We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer and videographer named Olivia and Houston who will be capturing the way the wedding looks — and we're inviting each of you to sit back, relax, and just enjoy how the wedding feels. We're respectfully asking that everyone consider leaving all cameras and cell phones off. Of course we will be happy to share our wedding photos with you afterward!

We invite our guests to come out to Hot Springs (aka The Spa City - Hot Springs, AR gets its name from the naturally thermal spring waters) for the weekend and enjoy the many attractions the city has to offer before joining us Sunday evening as we say "I do"! Hot Springs offers a wide variety of things to do & see such as the many family friendly activities, museums, bath houses, camping, fishing & boating on Lake Hamilton, shopping, and we highly suggest to take advantage of the complimentary access (only the day of our wedding) to walk the beautiful backdrop of our ceremony - Garvan Woodland Gardens. (Guests are still welcome to walk the gardens on Friday & Saturday for a fee: ages 13 & up - $15, ages 4-12 - $5, ages 3 & under - free)

The ceremony starts at 5:30 pm on Sunday in Anthony Chapel & will be followed by dinner & dancing at the beautiful Hamp Williams Building in downtown Hot Springs. Stay tuned for more specifics! Invitations will be mailed out Summer 2018.

While the wedding "appears" to be outside due to Anthony Chapel's beautiful glass structure, it is actually inside and you will be fully covered during the ceremony.

While this wedding is considered a "formal attire" event, we welcome you to come dressed comfortably!

While you may be dressed up for the wedding, please be aware that if you would like to take advantage of walking the gardens or anything else in Hot Springs, please bring comfortable walking shoes.

Nope! Parking is free both at Garvan Woodland Gardens (ceremony) & Hamp Williams Building (reception).

There is no available transportation between venues and hotel.

Yes! Food will be served at the reception.

Our caterer will be providing vegetarian and gluten-free items. Please let Leah or Samira know if there are any other further dietary restrictions.

We are planning for our reception to end about 10:30 pm. We would love for you to join us & keep us company for the entire evening if your schedule allows for you to. We will be having a sparkler send off at the end of it all :)

HSNWLA is a local no-kill shelter located in Shreveport, Louisiana and they are a 501-C3 organization! They survive solely on donations and volunteers. We adopted our two puppies, Anya & Rufus, through them. HSNWLA is near & dear to our hearts and we would love for any donation to be made to them in honor of us and our HSNWLA alumni. No donation is too small <3
