Story
Our story began online like every hallmark movie right?! The first time we met was on 2nd August 2021 where Scott came to pick me up from my house in his red Seat Ibiza. I was nervously getting ready to meet this boy for a few reasons; was he going to look like his profile picture, how would he sound like in person and what if he's a serial killer and this is how it ends! LOL!
I got in the car and we instantly had a spark! He was funny (don't let him know I said that, I'm funnier!) and smelt amazing and his smile won me over from the first moment! Our first date consisted of chips and chicken and some competition at crazy golf and the rest is history!
Tidbits
How did you first meet?
See Our Story!
Who made the first move? How?
He swiped for me first and then I made it a match. But other than that I would say a lot of the first moves were of my doing...
What was your most memorable date?
The first proper date day we went to the Butterfly farm which was a blast! After we took a race down into Newcastle for some food and fun at the arcade where we had enough tickets to win a retro mug...of which is still in the box as neither of us drink hot drinks! The date was ended perfectly with Nugelato ice cream.
What's your favorite activity together?
We love to go climbing in Belfast and watch the walking dead!
Where are you going for your honeymoon?
We're going on a road trip in South Africa and stopping at a Safari to see the big 5! We can't wait!! Personally, I am excited to see the Lions ๐ฆ Scott is buzzing to see the elephants ๐
After, we're jumping across to Mauritius for some sun, sand and sea!
What's the best meal you have eaten together?
Anywhere with chicken and chips!! Our favourite restaurant "the other place" closed down though which was a bit of a shame.
What's the most memorable trip you have taken together?
BALI BABY!! Need we say more!
Weโre on the same page about
What's important to us. And that's spending time with the people we love most. (You all!)
A life goal of ours
To retire early and go on lots of holidays!!
The dorkiest thing about us is
Scott plays DND and even has his own dice for it. Mine is that I've been in education since the age of 3...
We take pride in
our baby face looks!
