Story
Sejal's Story: I never really believed in love at first sight, but I certainly do believe in lust at first swipe! While we may have met in the very modern way of online dating, our love story has truly been more of an old school romance. After our first date ended in torrential downpour and a sweet kiss on the cheek, I knew I was hooked! Smitten by the six foot handsome orthopedic surgeon, I had to pull over and park my car when I saw him calling just 48 hours later! All the modern "tricks" were left behind as we began to spend our work nights on "mini-dates," hours of facetimes and phonecalls, and our weekends on real dates, bar hopping in NYC and island hopping in the Caribbean. With each old school gesture - a living room slow dance, just because flowers, and some home cooked cacio e pepe - I knew my otherwise ordinary life was becoming my very own fairytale. It's been a whirl wind year, for us and for the world, but I'm so excited to mark the end of this year by marrying the love of my life in the presence of our family and friends. See you soon!
Deepan's Tale: After meeting Sejal initially, I remember thinking to myself that this may be the last first date of my life. I couldn’t wait to see her again, so I called to make plans for a date later that week, and from then on, our story unfolded. From board games and homemade dinners to late nights out in the city, weekend outdoor ventures and island getaways, our love grew for each other in ways I could never have imagined. In a time of chaos and confusion, getting to know Sejal brought me peace and clarity. Although we’ve experienced a lot of adventures together so far, I can't wait to share the rest of my life with her and to see how our story develops over the years to come!

What's your favorite activity together?
Our days are so separately busy, we really love doing anything together. Our favorite though is traveling together when we get some time off!
Where are you going for your honeymoon?
A little adventure and a lot of relaxation! A safari in Africa followed by anywhere with beautiful beaches! Maybe the Maldives before it goes completely underwater?
What's the most memorable trip you have taken together?
