Rooms must be booked by October 9, 2026 to be eligible for the group rate. Reservations made after this date are subject to availability and the best available rate at the time of booking. Guests must cancel at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax. Please ensure they receive a cancellation confirmation number.
There are plenty of hotels in National Harbor within 0.5 miles from the Gaylord National that offer alternative options if you'd prefer:
1. Residence Inn by Marriott National Harbor
2. Hampton Inn & Suites National Harbor/Alexandria
3. The Westin Washington National Harbor
4. Hyatt Place National Harbor
5. AC Hotel National Harbor
For guests who would prefer a vacation rental (Airbnb or Vrbo), the DC area has plenty of options a ride away from our venues. We recommend that that you book as soon as possible, as larger homes tend to fill quickly for fall weekends.
If you are staying offsite and choose to have a car, parking is available at the venues.
