Restrictions have been ‘officially’ lifted, but The Normans team and associated suppliers will
continue to ensure that weddings take place in as safe a setting as possible. We feel dutybound to
do whatever we can to help reduce transmission rates and, hopefully, put this dreadful pandemic
behind us, once and for all. As such, we kindly ask that couples and their guests familiarise
themselves with our ‘post-Covid’ safety policy...

• Any guest who exhibits Covid-19 symptoms (or lives with someone
exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19) should not attend the wedding.
They should immediately self-isolate, book a test, and not leave home
until they receive a negative result.

• We ask that all wedding guests take a lateral flow test on the day
before or the morning of the wedding and keep proof of their negative
test result on their person (a photo of screengrab of test result will
suffice).

• Any guest testing positive for Covid-19 should not attend the
wedding.

• We will not ask guests for proof of negative test results on the day
unless the couple would like us to.

• The Normans team and the catering staff will continue to wear face
coverings. We feel that this simple precaution will help us safeguard
the health of brides, grooms, and their guests, as well as staff
members and suppliers.

• To aid ventilation, and reduce the risk of transmission, The Normans
management will, wherever possible, leave doors open in some areas
of the venue. This may result in a draft. If the weather forecast isn’t
good, or if you feel the cold, please dress appropriately!
