Ceremony
3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Our ceremony will be held at St. Joseph’s - Gnesen Catholic Church at 3 PM sharp. The ceremony will be indoors and should take approximately 45 minutes. The ceremony will be officiated by Father Anthony Craig. There is a parking lot available and we will have the sidewalks cleared.
Reception
4:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Join us immediately following the ceremony for a cocktail hour and reception at the Clearwater event center. Cocktail hour goes from approximately 4:30 to 5:30. Our grand entrance will happen at 5:30 and dinner will start at 6 PM.
Registry
While your presence is more than enough, if you feel so inclined as to provide a gift, we are asking that you consider a cash gift to help fund our honeymoon trip! If you're more interested in buying a physical gift, we have attached a Target registry as well as a general gift guide located on this website if you would like to shop in person or online.
Travel
Sheraton Duluth Hotel, East Superior Street, Duluth, MN, USA
This is where we are having our room block, with a limited number of rooms available. The rooms are reserved for Friday the 8th (the day before the wedding) and Saturday the 9th (the day of the wedding). We decided to block off both days for those who wish to get into town the night before for extra fun. Use the link below to reserve either a king bed or two queen beds.
Transportation
We recognize that travel to and from sites can be difficult to plan for, especially in December in Minnesota. Uber, Lyft, or carpooling with a designated driver are all available options for our guests. We ask that you communicate with your loved ones and plan ahead to ensure a safe ride from the reception site on the night of the wedding.
Additionally, there will be a shuttle service that runs from 9:30 PM to 11 PM from our reception space, back to the Sheraton hotel in Duluth. This will be available for all guests to use, but please note that seats are limited and it is on a first come first serve basis. This is free for guests to use.

Are kids welcome?
Your online RSVP will indicate who is invited to the wedding. We ask that you keep a close eye on your little ones during the night if your children are in attendance.
What will the weather be like?
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Plan for regular December weather in Minnesota!
Where should I park?
At the church, there is a parking lot available. There is also street parking available. We ask that you leave space in front of the church for those who may not walk as well.
At the reception space, there is a large parking lot surrounding the building. Again, we ask that you leave the spaces around the handicap entrance available for those who need it the most.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the ceremony space and the reception space have ramps available and we will do our best to make sure sidewalks are cleared.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will both be indoors.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We ask that you respect the photographer and let them do what they do best, take pictures! Don’t worry- pictures of the big day will be shared with you all as soon as we receive them.
