As mentioned above, all wedding guest bookings must be made through Yellow Umbrella Events using the link below. We have contracted six different room options within our wedding room block for guests to choose from.

To be considered part of our Wedding Group, you must book your stay through the Yellow Umbrella Events group room block. Bookings made through any other method, including directly through Hotel Xcaret, will not be considered part of our wedding group.

Booking & Payment:

Monday, February 1, 2027, is the deadline to get an available room in the room block. Any reservations requested after this date have to be requested with the resort and room availability and contracted rates are not guaranteed.

Starting now, you can secure your room with a $100 per person deposit. Room options are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are a limited number of each room category available. The room options were selected based on the preferences and responses we received through the Google Forms completed in April 2026.

Payment schedule following $100 deposit:

• April 6, 2027: First payment due — equivalent to 2 nights
• June 15, 2027: Remaining balance due

Important: Staying Within the Wedding Room Block

To attend the wedding and/or participate in any wedding-related activities, guests must stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico through our Yellow Umbrella Events wedding group room block. Guests who book outside of the designated wedding room block, including booking directly with the resort or through another travel site, will not be permitted to attend the wedding or wedding-related events. No offsite guests will be permitted. No exceptions.
