Transport to Ceremony
3:00 PM
We have arranged transportation for all guests.
Please arrive at our hotel: Amada Colossos Resort, Kalithea at 14.50. DONT BE LATE as there are over 70 guests to get on the transportation to the wedding!
Depart hotel at 15:00 to Kalithea Spa.
Smart / Casual (ladies bring flip flops in bags)

4:00 PM
We can't wait for you all to arrive at Kalithea Spa and see it in all its beauty.
Upon arrival you will be met by the groomsmen and taken to your seats inside the ancient spa.
N.B. You may want to bring a bottle of water in your bag for you or your children as we will not be able to provide you a drink until after the ceremony, however the ceremony is short.
Photos and Toasting Drink
4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
After the ceremony we will be walked down to the harbour where you will all have a celebration drink and can enjoy the view whilst soaking up some sunshine. During this time the bride and groom will be having a few photos.
Sunset Cruise around the island - Reception drinks!!
5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Post ceremony, we set off for a trip around the island taking in the views at sunset. Drinks are included on-board.
The boat is safe and child friendly and buggies can easily come onboard with us for those with little ones.
If anybody has issues with boats and being at sea, please let us know ASAP.
Evening reception.... The party!!
6:30 PM to 12:00 AM
The boat will return back to Kalithea Spa to enjoy the sea views whilst eating, drinking and dancing!!
Once all seated we will be served a Greek meze to start, followed by chicken/lamb/beef/salmon dishes with sides & salad. For dessert there are lots of options. Wine/ beer will be on all tables but cocktails etc will be available to purchase at the bar. Kiddies have a choice of chicken, sausage, pizza, pasta & unlimited ice cream... After the meal get the dance moves ready!

What should I wear?
Smart / casual (Shorts or Chinos and smart top or shirt. No denim or vests. Summer holiday dresses are perfect )
Due to the location and time of year it may get a bit chilly in the evening, anyone with kids, maybe an idea to being blankets for them. Or many of the hotels in Kalithea are a 5 min cab ride away if need to go back for anything.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Most of the wedding we are outdoors but never in direct sun and mostly undercover
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Calling all ladies flats are absolutely fine. Wear anything comfortable for your dancing feet.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them, we will set up an insta account for the wedding for you to instantly upload.
We will have a selfie station for instant prints to put into an album sat on the selfie table. Please take a fun selfie and add your pic to the album with a message for us to enjoy after the wedding.
We would request nothing is posted on face book as we have lots friends family not making the big day and we would like to send the pics to them first. Thank you.

Will food be served?
Yes yes yes. As soon as we get back from the sunset cruise at 18.30, we will all be seated for a sit down meal. We will be served a Greek meze to start, followed by a choice of salmon, lamb, beef or chicken and a choice of some fab desserts. We will need to know your mains and dessert choices by September and we be in touch with you all to get these from you. Depending on numbers we may have to change the menu as this is based on a certain number of guests.
Holiday and Hotels nearby
For those of you that had not booked any flights or hotels due to being worried, if you need help sorting anything in terms of a package holiday, Vicky can get discounts off Easyjet holidays and Jet2 and Tui.
We have 29 of us staying at the Amada Colossus Luxury Resort and as it has so much there for adults and kids. This is in the resort of Kalithea and 5 mins from the wedding venue.
There are lots of hotels near by that are great, the Eden Roc, The Evita resort, The Virginia resort, the Cyprotel complex.
Most guests arrive on Friday 22nd Oct or Sat 23rd Oct. Please be mindful if you take the late Sunday night flight, if it is delayed or cancelled you could miss the wedding.
We arrive on 14th October and staying until 31st October.
We will plan one or two days out of our hotel resort to try and meet you all together and let you know, as we would love to see you other than just at the wedding. ( Antony Quinn bay is a must see in Rhodes or even a day to Lindos or St Pauls Bay)
Day passes available at Amada Colossos Resort
For anyone wanting to come and spend a whole day with a big crazy gang staying at the Amada, we are able to get you a day pass to spend a whole day on our huge complex.
It is approx £85 an adult and £38 a child but this included entry from 8.30am until 1900pm and will include all food and premium drinks.
There is a kids waterpark on site, a private beach with bali beds and its own beach snack and cocktail bar, kids clubs, loads of entertainment.
If any of you may want to do this for any days, let me know and I will contact the hotel.
PRE WEDDING GROUP MEAL
We are in the middle of organising a relaxed but lovely group meal at our hotel for 5.30pm the night before our wedding. The last supper as some may say!!
We have hired a private outdoor dining area that is usually for weddings, and we will have a huge buffet meal with lots of choice and a selection of fine wines ( these are not usually included in any all inclusive and just for wedding parties) and our own waiting staff.
If any one that is not staying at our hotel wants to come along, you are more than welcome but it would probably be best you got a whole day pass to enter the resort so you can be with us all day and have lots of fun and alcohol. But please DONT get Matthew drunk the night before the wedding!!!
Will you live stream your ceremony?
Yes we are trying to as lots of Victorias family in Australia and UK are unable to make it.
Will there be dancing?
HELL yes. Lots of it and we want you all up.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We need you to re - rsvp by 15th August as this is when we need to pay for all of the guests.
