Your photos tell different stories; the engagement shoot, the years before the ring, the wedding day itself. Albums give each of those stories its own home. You can create as many as you need, control who can see them and whether guests can add their own photos, and display them as galleries on your website.
Click Photo Moments from your Event Dashboard.
Create an Album
Click + Add Album.
Enter a name and click Save.
Your new album opens ready for photos.
Add Photos to an Album
Inside the album, click Add Photos.
The uploader shows any photos already in your Joy library. Select from those, or choose Upload from this device or Upload from phone to bring in new ones.
For a full walkthrough of both upload options, including the QR code flow for uploading directly from your mobile camera roll, see Add Photos to Your Website and App.
Click the photos you want to include. A checkmark will appear on each selected photo.
Click Add to Album.
Album Settings
At the top of each album you'll find three controls.
Album Visibility
Public makes the album visible to guests on your event website.
Hidden keeps it off your site entirely. The album still exists and you can share it directly with a link.
Hidden is the default for new albums.
Guest Uploads
Allowed lets guests contribute photos directly to the album.
Disabled turns off guest submissions.
Note: Guest Uploads can only be enabled when Album Visibility is set to Public. For more on how guest sharing works, see Shared Photo Albums.
Sort By/Order By
Use Sort By or Order By to control the order the photos appear.
Add an Album on Your Website
Albums set to Public can be added as photo galleries using custom pages. This lets guests browse your photos directly on your site, not just through a shared link.
Hover over Website in your Event Dashboard, click the arrow, and select Add New Page (or open an existing custom page).
Name your page and click into the page editor.
Click Photo / Video / Gallery to expand it, then select Photo Gallery.
Under Select Album, choose the album you want to display.
Click Save.
The album's photos will appear as a gallery on that page immediately.
What to Do Next
Once your photos are in an album, you can also use them as page photos across your site; your Welcome page, Story page, or anywhere else you want a personal touch. See Choose Your Page Photo.
