Create Your Schedule

At some point between booking the venue and finalizing the guest list, someone is going to ask you what time things start. Then someone else will. Then a few more. Your Schedule page is the answer you give everyone at once: each event, its time, its location, and anything guests need to know before they walk through the door.

From your Event Dashboard, hover over Website, click the arrow, and select Schedule.

Adding an Event

  • Click Add Event at the bottom of the page.

  • Enter the Event Name.

  • Add a Description if you'd like guests to know what to expect.

  • Set the Date and Start Time. Make sure your time zone is correct, so times display accurately for guests no matter where they're joining from.

  • Select the Event Type: in-person, virtual, or both.

  • Enter the Location.

  • Set privacy levels if you'd like to limit who can see this event.

  • Click Save.

Tip: You can add as many events as you need. Each one will appear on your Schedule page in chronological order.

Editing an Event

  • Click on any existing event to open its details.

  • Update any fields as needed.

  • Click Save.

Deleting an Event

  • Hover over the event you want to remove.

  • Click the trash can icon.

Note: Deleting an event removes it permanently. If you might want it back, consider hiding it using privacy settings instead.

Removing the Schedule Page

If you don't want a Schedule page on your site, you can hide it without losing your work. From your Event Dashboard, hover over Website, click the arrow, and select Manage Pages.
