Our Price Match Promise

At Joy, we strive to ensure our couples and guests receive the best value for their purchases as best we can. If you find a better price on a qualifying product from one of our eligible retailers within 48 hours of placing your order, simply provide us with the product's URL, and we’ll gladly match that price. Unfortunately, not everything qualifies, so please review the following criteria to qualify for our price matching:


Eligibility

  • The product must be identical to the one sold by Joy, including size, color, and model number.

  • The product must be in stock and available for purchase from both Joy and the retailer's website.

  • The lower price must be publicly advertised and available to all customers. It must not be a promotional or exclusive price offered to a select group of customers.

  • The lower price must be for everyday or regularly priced items; sale prices and promotional offers do not qualify.

  • The lower price must be verifiable by our customer service team.

Eligible retailers:

  • Amazon (Shipped and sold by Amazon; no marketplace pricing)

  • Best Buy

  • Crate & Barrel

  • Home Depot

  • Macy’s

  • Pottery Barn

  • Sears

  • Sur La Table

  • Target

  • Walmart (Shipped and sold by Walmart; no marketplace pricing)

  • Wayfair

  • West Elm

  • Williams Sonoma

Exclusions:

The following items are excluded from our price match policy:

  • Sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Promotional freebies

  • As-is or demo models

  • Storewide or category promotions

  • Offers advertised as a percentage or dollar off

  • Liquidation sales

  • Non-branded items

  • Damaged, used, open package, refurbished, or rent/lease-to-own items

  • Prices displayed on a website after logging in

  • Special daily or hourly sales

  • Gift cards and experiences

  • Items synced or transferred from external retailers

  • Prices requiring membership or subscription

  • Special or limited-time promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday)

  • Typographical errors in pricing

  • Sales tax promotions or offers

  • Coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, and free items

How it Works:

To request a price match, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Our team will verify the lower price and adjust your order accordingly. Please note that price matching cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Price matching applies to the price of eligible merchandise sold directly by Joy and cannot be used with special promotion codes or other coupons including the completion discount. We reserve the right to modify or cancel our price matching policy at any time without prior notice.
