Our Story
Our story began in August of 2020. Houston was driving through Alabama and matched with Alexis on tinder (I know I know I know). Houston demonstrated that he understood the difference between they’re/there/their. Alexis was very skeptical but very intrigued.
Houston was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida.
Alexis was born in Ohio but was raised in Alabama. What a crazy pair.
The two love birds met on February 13, 2021 when Houston came to her job at SIJCP to see her (and to also smell colognes. Don’t let him fool you). They have been inseparable ever since.
Houston asked Alexis to marry him on July 17, 2023. In true Alexis fashion, she guessed and ruined the surprise (shocker). He even had a blue raspberry ring pop ready in his pocket for her.
It’s hard to put into words how much you love someone, especially when it’s your best friend in the entire world, but this is a love that will last for many lifetimes.
