Camp Scott & Ryan

Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP and fill out all survey questions by March 1, 2019.
How do I stay at camp? And where do I stay at camp?
We can provide accommodations at camp for all our guests – just be sure to mark it on the RSVP! We will do our best to place people in cabins that are perfect for them, but that might involve bunking with another party that we know you are close with. All cabins are outfitted with electricity, and some even have toilets and sinks. Also, please note that all the camp's beds are twins but it is possible to push two together to make a double. Just make sure you bring the appropriate sheets.
Where is camp located?
The address for Windsor Mountain Summer Camp is 1 World Way, Windsor, NH 03244. For more information, feel free to check out the camp's website at .
Can I bring a date?
Space is extremely limited at camp and we can only provide plus-one invites to certain friends and family members. Thanks for understanding!
Are kids welcome?
Kids are totally welcome at camp! However, we will be keeping cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to adults only. The good news: Windsor Mountain will provide complimentary childcare that evening so you can celebrate with us worry-free!
Does your wedding have a theme?
If joyful is a theme, then yes! Summer camp is a magical place and our dream is to get the people we love together at one for our wedding. The camp itself is rustic and on a small (motor-free) lake, and we envision our guests exploring the woods, relaxing down by the waterfront, and laughing. A lot.
What time should I arrive?
We'd be thrilled if you could join us at camp Friday, August 30. Check-in starts at 3 PM and we'll be hosting a BBQ dinner and campfire that evening. If you're unable to arrive by then, no problemo. We'll see you Saturday before the ceremony at 5:30 PM!
Where should I park?
Anyone driving to camp will be given easy directions on where to park upon arrival. There is plenty of free parking onsite.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We want our wedding to be as inclusive as possible! Contact us for details.
Will food be served?
Of course! We will provide all our guests with five meals over the course of the weekend: Friday dinner, Saturday continental breakfast, Saturday picnic lunch, Saturday Reception dinner, and Sunday brunch. There will be plenty of options for all dietary preferences.
Will there be any activities happening that I need to know about?
Yes! See our 'Schedule' for a play-by-play of the entire weekend from start to finish.
What are some of the other activities at camp?
There will be a ton to do at Camp Scott & Ryan besides what's on the official schedule. In addition, guests can use the basketball and tennis courts, play ping pong, use the camp's canoes and sailboats to explore the lake and nearby islands, or go fishing!
Is there WIFI at the venue?
There is WiFi access for guests in the main lodge but not currently in the individual cabins. We encourage all our guests to use Camp Ryan & Scott to detox from social media and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
Where will you post updates/news before the big day?
The easiest place for us to push out announcements to everyone will be through the Joy app, which we encourage all our guests to download. We will also post news here on the site directly, when appropriate.
I have a question not answered here; how do I contact you?
Text Scott or Ryan or email us directly at campscottandryan@gmail.com. We promise to get back to you as soon as we can!
