Sometime around midnight on Saturday July 4th, 2019, Emma Colbran and Jack Cantlay met on the dance floor of The Pequot Bar & Inn on Fishers Island, NY. While the exact time is unknown, we do know that it happened at the lowest point of the “a little bit softer now” refrain of the timeless party anthem “Shout” by the The Isley Brothers. Many trips between Washington, D.C. and The Gunnery, a pandemic, moving in together in August 2021, and countless happy memories later, we got engaged on Friday June 30th, 2023 on Fishers!

Having large and close-knit circles of friends and family is the most important thing to us and we cannot wait to celebrate with all of you in August 2024!
