All apartments are fully self catering & there is a swimming pool, hot tub & fully equipped BBQ area. There is no bar, cafe or restaurant onsite so you will need to go to the shops for snacks, drinks, breakfast and lunch bits.

All apartments have bed linen and bath towels included (NB you need to bring pool towels). Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, which includes fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, coffee espresso machine, kettle, toaster & crockery. If you require an additional baby bed, please let us know & we can arrange (it costs 10EUR per night). There is also a communal washing machine (8EUR).

You will need to put down a 100EUR deposit in cash per apartment at the start of your stay, which will be returned at the end of your stay.

The venue also provides certain services by request. This includes cooking lessons, massages, yoga/ Pilates /meditation lesson, meal with a local chef, pottery/painting classes & Italian language lessons.

All of the accommodation is self-catering apartments, so we would recommend that you stop off at a supermarket on your way to your accommodation. You can pick up essentials for breakfast, some bottled water and the most important item, wine! Most of the properties are in the Umbrian hills so you may not be able to easily walk to a local shop, therefore, it is good to have some supplies in your apartments.

There are a number of small, pretty villages around the venue including Castel Rigone, Trecine, Preggio and Passignano sul Trasimeno.

Lake Trasimeno is down the road where there is lots to do, including swimming and trekking, and many places to eat and drink.

The venue is situated in the Umbrian hills so you will need a car to get to the venue.

On the wedding day we will organise transport to and from the venue so that everyone can enjoy themselves! To facilitate this, we have suggested places and areas to stay, and due to Covid, we would encourage you to book as soon as you can.

The closest airport is Perugia (approx. 45 minutes drive). However, you can also fly into Pisa (approx. 3 hour drive) or Rome (approx. 3 hour drive).
