Check-in will open from 3pm but you're welcome to arrive early, leave your bags with reception and go out exploring or hang around the hotel for a wee coffee.

As we have guests arriving at different times, dinner will run between 7-9pm and you'll be free to come and go as you please. We'll be in the bar after dinner to say hi and kick off the weekend.

Breakfast will be available in the bar anytime between 8:00 and 10:00.

Please arrive in the bar at 12:00, ready for a prompt ceremony start at 12:30.

Please ensure that you find your table and get seated ready for speeches to begin at 15:30. Don't worry, food will soon follow!

Get your dancing shoes on! We'll have two sets from the band with a wee bite to eat to refuel.

Breakfast will be served in the bar from 8-10am - and don't worry, we'll have some painkillers on hand for the sore heads!

Time to say goodbye! It's check-out by 11:00 but the hotel will be more than happy to keep your bags safe if you've got some time to kill.
