We have reserved the entire venue (Thursday, February 16th to Sunday, February 19th) for our guests to stay. Price will cover your lodging and we will provide all meals, snacks, beverages, and alcohol. $525 per person for the entire 3 night stay ($1050 for a couple) or $450 per person for the 2 night long weekend.

Space is limited, there are approximately 25 bedrooms across 8 cabins and the main house, so please book in advance to reserve your spot. We do have the option to expand to 35 bedrooms by adding on additional cabins. We will do this if needed.

Each guest will get room assignments upon arrival. We will assign guest rooms that share a cottage with either their family or friends. You will not share a cabin with someone you do not know. With the exception of a couple rooms, each have a private bath. We will reserve those shared bathrooms for very close friends and family.

Children are welcomed at a cost of $115 for under the age of 17. Children will be reserved a bed on the pull out sleeper sofas available in each cottage. Please contact Adam or Nicole to account for any children.

If you are staying off-site but wish to join us for any of the planned meals please let us know as soon as possible. Breakfast/Brunch and lunch are each $12 per person. Thursday and Friday dinners are $75 per person each night. These prices include tax and gratuity....and yes alcohol.

For those further out than TN and want to fly, we recommend flying into Atlanta International Airport, renting a car and enjoying a scenic 2.5 hour drive into Andrews, NC! Flying into Chattanooga is also an option, however with no direct flights your travel time will be longer than flying into Atlanta.
