Ashley & Tim

Q & A
For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by January 15, so we can have an accurate headcount and so Ashley can stop stressing :)
Can I bring a date?
Please check your invite for your +1! If you did not receive a +1, but you're dying to swing a new love interest around the dance floor, just holler our way :)
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones (and we mean it, we truly love them all!), we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Please reach out if you have questions!
What will the weather be like?
Welcome to Wilmington, all of you out-of-towners!
Similar to you, we're purely going off the internet and then, family and friends' commentary about the weather...early March is typically in the low 60's. So... bring a light jacket and leave your swimsuit at home.
I've never been to a wedding in the southeast. How does that work?
Great question! First and foremost, these weddings are a ton of fun and primarily focused on having a good time...as well as celebrating love and lifetime commitments ;).
So you are not caught off guard (as Ashley was at her first southeastern wedding), after the cocktail reception, you'll walk inside, hear a few toasts and then get down to business. There are no assigned seats or even mealtimes. When you're hungry, head over to the food stations, grab what you want, eat and then get back on the dance floor.
I'm very particular about the music I enjoy. Who do I contact to hear my favorite song?
We get it, music really makes the party. While we think the suggested song list is pretty dope, we are always open to ideas. Holler at either of us with your requests :)
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking near Bakery 105, but let's be honest, it might be best to take an Uber or Lyft.
What should I wear?
We want you to feel your absolute best! The ceremony and reception will be cocktail attire.
For even more context, Tim will be wearing a navy suit, no-tie and Ashley will be...in a wedding dress. There's no wrong outfit, whatever you are comfortable in and can move in :)
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Shoes really make an outfit. That said, it's an open bar affair, so choose wisely.
In terms of terrain, fear not, outside is brick and inside is a concrete/tile situation with a dance floor. So, if stilettos are your jam, then, in the wise words of T.I., bring 'em out.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Hybrid, baby! Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be inside.
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
We will not be providing transportation to the venue. The wedding location is centrally located downtown near the majority of hotels, so hopefully it's a quick walk or uber for you.
Whom should I call with questions?
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Ashley or Tim.
