Ashley: Life is weird. You never think you'd meet your person on TWITTER... but it happened, and I am forever thankful to God. In January of 2016 this guy was tweeting about being sick and I decided to give him my go to recipes of getting better (because you guys know I'm a pretend doctor). Over the next year we sent tweets to each other (and he liked my pictures, he had his eyes out for me ya'l). One day he asked me for my snapchat and talked about everything under the moon. We talked about family, his amazing boys, my grandpa, and what we wanted out of life. I continued talking to this random "twitter guy" all day-- everyday. He listed to my crazy rants, he checked on me... he loved me from a distance. A far distance, Lance was stationed in Virginia and I just knew I was somehow getting cat-fished...... but he felt real. In March I walked in to Ashle's room and said, "Hey, I think I met THE guy." We were supposed to meet in June 2017, but soon after telling Ashle that, Lance text me and said he couldn't wait to see me and he would be here at the end of April. April 29th, I met THE GUY and everything changed.

I ended up somehow following this beautiful woman who had the prettiest Twitter profile picture. I was stationed in Virginia so I just knew it would be a social media crush.... I was definitely wrong. Little did I know she had been checking for me ever since she hit the follow button. One day I was sick and she gave me a remedy that I halfway cared for I was just excited that she wanted me well. At that point I had to shoot my shot “KOBE”. We ended up exchanging numbers after a few days a tweets and a signed contract that’s when I found out my soon to be wife lived only a few hours from where I’m from. Fast forward 3 years later I ended up proposing to my Twitter crush.
