For those driving, Pioneer Farm is located 1 hr 30 minutes from Manhattan and about 2 hr 30 min from the Philadelphia area (both without traffic).

The farm is ~15 minutes from the hotel. There is valet parking at Pioneer Farm and there will be a complimentary shuttle provided to and from the hotel.

We have a block at Mountain Creek's Resort (Appalachian). There's limited space so be sure to make reservations as early as possible by calling 973-827-2000 & referencing the name O’Brien/Johnson, or booking online with the Client #12133.

There are a number of airbnbs (other inns and B&Bs) in downtown Warwick which is about a 4 minute drive to Pioneer Farm and convenient to the restaurants and amenities in town. You could also look for a place closer to the Mountain Creek hotel (~15 minutes from Pioneer Farm) and catch the shuttle from the hotel.

Be sure to book ASAP as places are already starting to go!

We recommend flying into Newark Liberty Int'l Airport vs. other NYC area airports. JFK and LGA are both doable as well, but may be a more difficult drive through the city.

Your best bet from any NYC airport to Warwick is to reserve a rental car from the airport.

If you are flying in and will need to rent a car, we recommend doing so ahead of time as the rental care industry is experiencing a crunch.
