Our Story
The first time we met, neither of us remembered! We officially met as members of the same senior year capstone design project while both studying civil engineering at Queen's University in Kingston, Canada. Bonnie distinctly remembers Andrew being late for their first group get together and Andrew doesn't remember much of the first meeting because he was too busy swimming at the "peer".
We eventually started dating after spending countless hours together in Civil Club, pretending to know how to design an offshore drill rig platform for imaginary oil companies (shoutouts to our other team members for doing legitimate work). After graduation, Andrew was lucky enough to find a job that flew him to Toronto on his days off (thanks Conetec!) and eventually made the move to Canada to start his immersion into becoming a Canadian.
We now live in Toronto with the best puppies ever, Elliott Gunner and Doris Pearl (affectionately known as Ellybear and Dorie Girl), and look forward to many years of new adventures, travels and laughter together!
