Story
Our story begins on New Years Eve, when Chris decided he would have a few friends over to pre-game before heading out to a local nightclub. One of the guests who came with a friend, was Shantelle, who Chris vaguely remembered from high school. Shantelle never wants to come empty handed to a party, so she made a plate of brownies as a pre-game snack for everyone to share. Chris was smitten by this- she somehow already knew the way to his heart without intentionally doing so!
Next thing you know, the party crew was whisked away in a limousine heading to celebrate bringing in the new year. While at the nightclub, Chris decided it was a good idea to get a bottle of Grey Goose for everyone to share. Although it seemed like a good idea, very quickly the party crew started to get "loose with the goose". The clock was fast approaching midnight.
Five, Four, Three, Two, One!!!! Happy New Year!!
Chris grabbed Shantelle and they shared a New Years kiss. The spark in that moment, ignited their forever love.
In the next series of events, Chris and Shantelle left the party separately only to meet up a few months later down at a local riverside restaurant. Once Shantelle decided to show Chris a new magic trick that she had learned, he was hooked. They decided on a first date, which would last for the next 4 years.
Then one day, on a white sand beach in St.Thomas, Chris bent down on one knee and asked Shantelle, "Will you spend infinity with me?"
