(Glynda's Perspective) So funny enough we met on a single parents group on Facebook. Jay posted a message that made me laugh out loud, so I decided to look and see who he was. As I was looking at his profile he posted a roll call post to see where everyone was from (it's an international group). I decided to comment only because he had brought a smile to my face and seemed like an interesting person. Lo and behold he lived around the corner form me. We talked all night on the phone with plans to meet in the near future. However, when we met in person we didn't like each other AT ALL!! But after deciding to just commit to the rest of the afternoon, the walls came down and we clicked. We clicked on a level that I didn't know was possible. Our relationship never had a honeymoon stage, it never had the "we pretend our kids and responsibilities don't exist" stage. We jumped right into real life and real situations and it worked for us. It more than worked. We found out forever partners and our forever family. Through the trying times of the last year our family has triumphed and grown in all the right ways.

(Jay's Perspective) It was a Friday night and I was super bored. There was nothing on TV and I had seen all the movies. I went on Facebook and there was this sexy bitch that commented on my posts. I said fuck it and went on a date with her. After meeting her I realized she was a bad ass bitch. As the day progressed I realized this bitch was good to go and I snagged her for life. #I love that crazy bitch # put a ring on it!
