Yes, kids are welcome.
What will the weather be like?
It's Minnesota in the summer, so great question! We are predicting that it'll still be pretty toasty (anywhere from 80-100 degrees F), but cool in the evening (60-70 degrees F). Rain is also a possibility.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking at Lands Lutheran Church, and there will be parking assistants at the farm.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The church has an elevator. There will be a golf cart and driver available to help people to their cars and to the reception.
What should I wear?
Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual attire.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held indoors and the reception will be in a barn, but outdoor activities will also be available (weather permitting).
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
You will be walking on gravel and dirt to get to the barn. The interior of the barn is cemented. In the event of rain it can get muddy at the farm as well. Choose your shoes accordingly.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Pictures are not allowed inside Lands Lutheran (except for our photographer and videographer). Please be mindful of our photographer and videographer, but you are welcome to take photos elsewhere. We would also encourage you to enjoy the moment with us :)
