Are kids welcome?
It's parents night out 🎉 as much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Please reach out if you have questions!
What will the weather be like?
It's winter in Michigan so we encourage cozy coats and warm footwear if you anticipate walking around downtown between the ceremony and reception. All of our events will be taking place indoors, with a coat check available at Barton Hills Country Club.
Where should I park?
Ceremony: please use the two parking lots adjacent to the church
Reception: valet will be provided, you are also welcome to park in the lot just across from the country club
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, both venues are ADA accessible.
What should I wear?
Who doesn't love a reason to dress up! We invite our guests to attend in black tie attire. For the gentlemen this means a tux (or nice suit & tie) and for the ladies we encourage gowns (midi or floor length).
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We ask that everyone be present and in the moment with us as we become husband and wife at our wedding mass; please keep all cell phones tucked away (and silenced!) throughout the ceremony. We are happy to share our professional photo gallery following our big day.
