How we Met
Of course, we are a 21st-century couple. Lol. We met on WHATSAPP! Interesting right?
We were both on a WhatsApp group called "Relationship Talk with Dee" it is a platform where both singles and married just discuss the daily relationship and other life issues. To be honest, I didn't join the group to look for babe. I joined because I was always interested in giving relationship advice - even though I was single. Well, my advice wasn't in vain. It gained me my wife - Grace.
Respecting and trusting my advice and perspective on relationships and family life, she personally reached out via the DM to discuss some issues she had in her then relationship. I guided her through the period as it was a tough time for her. Along the line, I fell in love with Grace but I had to keep it to myself so that I don't compromise my counsel to her.
Her relationship later hit the rock and some months after, I made my intentions known. She constantly rejected the idea and thought it was a joke. However, in April 2019 we started dating and on 15th February 2020, I asked her to be my wife. Well... On the 7th of November, 2020, she would be my wife.
We themed our wedding #Engraced after we saw a definition that best describes our life together. Read this - "A transcending and magical feeling that someone or something has been brought into your life from the universe to immerse your entire being with a sense of purpose and hope. To say you are merely “ lucky” to have been given such a gift would be insulting to the magnitude of its light and loveliness. To be engraced means your life has been illuminated in a way that is immeasurable and will be deeply treasured forever and always."
