Our enchanting venue is set in a secluded private estate the Kentish countryside. Surrounded by ornamental lakes and gardens, Preston Court has many eclectic features including 17th century barnyard, beautiful vintage mechanical organs, carousel rides and steam engines, as well as a unique, magical moated island.

Whether you mooch around the local gardens, potter around Canterbury's historical city centre or stroll through the coastal towns past their colourful cottages, Preston Court is perfectly situated within easy reach of Kent's top hot spots. You are also 45min from London King Cross St Pancras on the high speed train.

With many weddings postponed to 2022, we recommend booking your stay early.

We recommend flying to London, taking the South Eastern high speed train from London St Pancras to Canterbury, Kent.

The wedding venue is a 25 minutes drive from Canterbury West train station.

UPDATE! It appears there may be a train strike on the day of the wedding, on June 25th. We have restored and renovated this historic farm site and it can now accommodate 22 people in understated luxury. Roseyard consists of 3 separate buildings, The Brick Barn, The Cartlodge and The Stable.
All are within metres of each other and have their own unique style. In total there are 11 bedrooms (9 ensuite, 1 family bathroom), 2 kitchens, multiple living areas, beautiful gardens and outside dining, and an incredible pool house with gym. All our bedrooms have luxurious 400 Thread Count Sheets and natural duvets and the bathrooms come stocked with Ren bath products.

Just 20 minutes from Preston, Albion House is a magnificent, brand new hotel.

This boutique hotel sits on the highest cliff overlooking Ramsgate’s Royal Harbour, the number one location in this seaside town. Albion House’s history is rich and colourful, beginning with its construction in 1791 through to its range of visitors. Those who stayed include heads of state and one Princess Victoria, shortly after crowned Queen Victoria.

If you would like to stay in London and travel to Kent in the morning, The Renaissance is perfectly located at King Cross St Pancras station.

You would need to leave at around 11am to be on time for the wedding ceremony starting at 1.30PM.
