Getting In
For those travelling from the UK we recommend flying into Porto - Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO).
Flights are available direct to Porto from Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, London and others.

Getting Around
Taxis, Uber and airport transfer services are relatively inexpensive.
There are several car rental options at Porto Airport, with all the big name rental companies based on-site.
If you are feeling more adventurous, the Metro is only a few euros to downtown Porto, you can also catch the train if you are staying in Espinho!

Stay in the beautiful city of Porto 🍷🌉
Portugal's second largest city, Porto is a coastal city known for its stately bridges and port wine production. In the medieval Ribeira (riverside) district, narrow cobbled streets wind past merchants’ houses, cafes & restaurants.
There are many great hotel options in Porto. Distance to the venue is 25km, approx 20-25 minutes by car. Expect to pay approx €15-20 euros each way by Uber.
Looking for a cheaper stay and don't mind a good walk or taxi into Porto? Check out hotels across the river in Vila Nova de Gaia (Gaia for short). Arguably staying in the area of Gaia you have better views, as you are overlooking the city of Porto and only a short journey across the bridge to get to the main city!

Enjoy a beach holiday in Espinho ⛱️☀️
Espinho is a popular city and beach resort, also a legal area of gambling, with a large casino.
With great sandy beaches, clean ocean and an outdoor public swimming pool. Espinho has some great restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
Distance to the wedding venue is only 7.5km (4.7 miles). By car the journey is less than 15 mins and expect to pay €10 each way by Uber.
