Story
When I saw Heather for the first time, with her Tiara shining ( I promise she was wearing one), I couldn't help but think I was looking at an angel. It turns out I was correct. Heather is literally an angel put here on earth just for me. I believe it more and more every day. I don't want to bore you with details about how we met, but I can tell you this, God had his hands all over it. We like to say it took the stars lining up perfectly for us to meet, and the rest as they say is history.
Through endless rounds of 200 questions, we got to know each other deeper than either of us thought possible. Somehow neither of us ran away. As I mentioned God was all over this, and at our 1 year mark, we get the joy of being quarantined together for almost a year. For all of you who know us, you know the miracle it is that we both survived, not only unharmed but more in love than ever before. LOL. Heather is undoubtedly my soul mate, but she is also my best friend, my life partner, my business partner, and my favorite human in the entire world (sorry Dad).
When I saw Jason for the first time, his beautiful sparkly blue eyes and big smile were a breath of fresh air. Not sure if he was smiling or laughing at me as I did have a Tiara on my head...woops forgot to take that one off!! However, it did spark a beautiful conversation. From the moment I started speaking with Jason there were sparkles above... he was able to make me laugh and I have been laughing everyday ever since.
Nonetheless, I did forget entirely what part of Roswell/Sandy Springs I lived in and was unable to give any directions to this Miami Boy new to the area. So obviously I had to get his number so I could recall my thoughts at a later time. Yup I asked for his number!! It is crazy because the stars and the moon were for sure aligned perfectly that day... as it was an absolute coincidence that we encountered one another...however as we played endless rounds of 200 questions we discovered that Jason and I have been within very close proximity for years in our past lives. We have circulated the same grocery stores, coffee shops, apartment complexes, jobs and the list goes on and on.
Nevertheless, God waited for the perfect moment for both of us to finally notice one another and that is the beautiful part because now Jason and I have both matured and experienced enough life to be able to truly love and value and cherish one another. For that I am truly blessed to have been given the opportunity to meet my soul mate and best friend.
I am also very grateful for Jason for not only jumping in whole heartedly with me but the package that I bring along with me. Amara, Austin and I are forever changed by the integrity, honesty, strength and intuition that Jason brings into our lives. He encourages us to grow and live life to the fullest thru awesome adventures and new experiences. Jason is not afraid to live life and for that I am thrilled about where our journey will take us.
I am super excited to celebrate with all of you this beautiful marriage to a true friend and partner in Life.
