Q & A

For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!

Where can I see and add all my fab photos?

There will definitely be plenty of moments that we miss so we want to see what you captured.
We would love to see all (and I mean all!) your photos, and you can then see what you might have missed here too!
We do think it makes all the difference in remembering the day!

Please do add as many photos as you can to the album below.
We will add photos of our own when we get them, and let you know when they have been uploaded.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by end of February 2023, so we can have an accurate headcount. There will be a final check in June 2023 (2 months before), and anyone who needs to drop out for any reason later on (illness etc) please let us know ASAP.

RSVP on the website - make sure you write your name exactly how it is on the invite.

Can I bring a date?

Please check your invite for a +1!

Are kids welcome?

We have invited the children of a few close family members. Please check your invitation for the names of all invitees. Each guest (children included) will have an individual login to allow for food/other requests, so don't forget to fill them all in!

What will the weather be like?

Welcome to England, definitely going to be hot and sunny!
The venue is a spacious set of large barns with heating (and lots of windows) so we will be able to be inside if necessary, or sit outside!

Where should I park?

There is plenty of parking at the venue, down the entrance path in the orchard on the first left (there is matting under the grass so no need to worry if the weather isn't so great). You are welcome to leave your cars here overnight and collect in the morning.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all locations are wheelchair accessible. There is a gravel entrance by the barns to be dropped off and the car to be parked in the main car park with the other cars. There is a single step (Grade II listed) which is only shallow and can be avoided via alternative route. Disabled toilet available between the Dining Barn and Ceremony Room.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony will be indoors in the beautiful brick barn, with lawn games and reception drinks outside, plenty of cover outdoors if the weather fails us!

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Whatever shoes you are comfortable in (unless they're crocs...Kellyanne don't even think about it).
The stone barns have stone floors (surprise) with only slightly uneven flooring. There are some grass areas but they are easily avoided with paths.
Parking is on grass with matting underneath, so only from the car to the path.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Outside the Ceremony - Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us, we will post some folders (Google Photos and Apple Cloud) where it would be great if you could upload any/all of your photos. Would be great to see everyone's perspective (I'm sure we will definitely miss a lot!).
During the Ceremony - Please keep phones/cameras away/off during the ceremony. We don't want anything getting in the way of our photographer and her photos! Check out Pippa's Instagram page for her opinion on this! We will share professional photos with you in good time.

What time should I arrive?

Please look at the schedule page for arrival times.

Whom should I call with questions?

Prior to the day please contact Jess (07786397118) or Alex (07504997842).

On the day please contact our lovely maid of honour Georgina (07789356238) or best man Ollie (07523458358) who will be happy to answer any other questions.

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?

We have arranged a minibus to go back and forth between the venue and Chippping Campden village from 9pm till 00:30am to get you home safely!

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

There are quite a large number of independent places to stay in Chipping Campden, along with a few hotels, (websites such as: airbnb, booking, tripadvisor, google, and direct on their independent sites).
Have a look at the accommodation page at the top of our site.
There are also some places recommended by the venue you can find here:

If you're struggling to find somewhere, please do ask us!

Will there be dancing?

Absolutely! Comfortable shoes remember! (Or a spare pair!)

How will food and drinks be served?

There will be a sit down wedding breakfast following the ceremony and drinks reception, there will also be evening food served at approximately 8.30pm to keep you going through all the dancing!

Do you have any plans for the Sunday?

We plan to hold a picnic lunch at Chipping Campden recreation grounds for anyone who would like to join to reminisce/recover before heading home. Please visit the Schedule page for more infomation!
