Story
I first saw Josh back in 2014 when he started working as a bike messenger. He was rippin' around on a classic rookie bike with the world's hugest smile. I remember thinking that I'd never seen a happier courier and finding it very endearing. Shortly after he started, we both attended an allycat (bike courier race) and I invited him to hang out with a couple friends afterwards. Almost immediately we became best friends! From then on ---other than when he was off on one of his many hiking/biking/climbing adventures--- we were inseparable.
It wasn't until few years later, when my step-mum casually mentioned that she knew I was in love with Josh that I started to realize it myself. I loved his easy laugh, his up for anything attitude and that I was always happy when I was with him. I was totally head over heels. For months I was always on the verge of telling Josh how I felt and chickening out. Luckily it was super obvious.... because near the end of 2018 he kissed me!!
