What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 4:30pm, and the ceremony will start at 5pm!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by October 15th, so we can have an accurate headcount.
Can I bring a date?
Please check your invite for your +1!
Are kids welcome?
Yes! Please include them when you RSVP if they'll be attending. While we won't have a sitter at our shindig, we are working on several activities to help keep them occupied during the evening.
What will the weather be like?
It'll be the usual chilly, possibly with some rain. We'll be inside, but make sure you bring a jacket.
Where should I park?
The 1000 Van Ness garage, a paid parking garage, is located at the corner of Polk and O’Farrell, right across the street from the Great American Music Hall. The garage is open until 11:00pm, and is a popular spot to park for concert/event attendees at this venue.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
The Great American Music Hall is a two-story concert venue, with the second story only accessible by stairs.
The main level, where the ceremony, dinner, and dancing will take place, is wheelchair accessible. After the ceremony, the main hall will be turned over for dinner and we will have cocktail hour on the upper level, which is not wheelchair accessible.
We will have an area on the main level for folks with mobility issues to hang out and socialize while the main hall is being turned over.
What should I wear?
Cocktail attire is preferred, and glamour is welcome!
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos during the reception.
However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
