We recommend flying into Heathrow Airport (LHR).

If you plan on traveling into London from the airport, you can take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, a 15-minute direct train from Heathrow terminals. From Paddington, you can hail a taxi from the taxi stand or order an Uber as you begin your London adventure!

If heading straight to the countryside, Heathrow is a 1 hour 30-minute drive to Gloucestershire and Cowley Manor. Gloucestershire boasts some of the most beautiful countryside in England and the majority of the Cotswolds lies within its boundaries. We recommend hiring a car - the perfect way to see the Cotswolds. Heathrow airport has many different rental car companies or you can book through Virtuo or Turo. Just remember to drive on the "right" side of the road!

Traveling via train to the Cotswolds is very common, and we expect this to be a smooth and seamless way to travel. Arriving via train from London to Cheltenham is an additional option for those who don't want to drive!

There is a direct train from London Paddington to Cheltenham Spa station. We recommend pre-booking a taxi to take you to wherever you are staying in the area for when you arrive into Cheltenham Spa station. Please scroll down for various local taxi companies.

The Falcon Inn is another fantastic option for those of you after a classic English pub. Overlooking Painswick Church and its landscaped garden, this B&B is housed in an elegant stone property dating from 1554. The town of Painswick has a special place in our heart we traveled here and the surrounding areas early on in our relationship!

For Friday night, we will have several taxis through Starline Taxi on call to help with transportation to the Welcome Party and to get you back to your local lodging safely.

For Saturday night, Pulhams & Sons Coaches and Enrights of Cheltenham will be helping us out with coaches / mini-buses for transportation from your local lodging to Coberley Church and then to Cowley Manor. Following the ceremony and festivities, we will have taxis through Starline Taxi ready and running all night to get you home safely. Members of the Cowley Manor staff will be on-site to help facilitate.
