Story
We first met at Tufts in 2008 when Lily was living next to two jerks her Freshman year. Much to her dismay, one day she needed help with a bio assignment (one of the jerks was a real bio wiz), but it was serendipitous because Maxx came by that day. Years went by and they met again in 2011 (Lily had never forgotten him) at their friend Hannah's house. The flirting was wild and one kiss in early May could have been when this story really got started, but unfortunately they were not yet ready for this adventure.
Maxx went off to Africa with the Peace Corps and Lily went back to another year of school, but when she graduated a year later, guess who was waiting for her in San Francisco. Maxx had come home early from the Peace Corps . After four years of being friends, 'platonic' sleepovers, shameless flirting and innuendo, there was a Halloween party at our friend's house and Maxx came as a naughty Princess (Lily was a peacock). He was irresistible to her and this is when their love story really began.
Since then they went off to live in Colombia, have traveled around the world, got a dog in Prague, supported each other's entrepreneurial pursuits, and have a fairytale love story.
We can't wait for you to join us once we make this love official!!

Lily definitely made the first move -- couldn't stop kissing this one.
Who's going to take out the trash?
Whoever happens to be closer to the trash, but mostly Maxx because we always wait until it gets too heavy :)
What was your most memorable date?
I think we'd go more with memorable trip! Definitely our trip to Bali in December 2019 -- it was the most magical place and we had so much fun eating everything, going to temples, getting close to the locals and spending lots of time together.
What's your favorite activity together?
Skiing and snuggling with the goose.
Where are you going for your honeymoon?
TBD!!
What's the best meal you have eaten together?
Nomad Hotel for Maxx's birthday a few years ago! The cocktails and wine were heaven, as was that magical chicken. Or Kokkari -- every single time :)
What's the most memorable trip you have taken together?
Bali or our trip to Scotland!
