We recommend flying into either Pisa or Florence Airport. Pisa Airport is slightly further away but typically offers cheaper flights via EasyJet or Ryanair.

The best time to buy flights is around 4-5 months ahead of the travel date, or wait for Black Friday in November for discounted flights!

The best way to get to our wedding venue will be by hiring a car whilst you're in Tuscany. We have recommended accommodation that is within walking distance of the venue, so if you decide to book into one of those options, you won't need to worry about driving to and from the wedding.

Otherwise, there are plenty of options on Airbnb in and around Florence if you like the idea of a city break, which is just about an hour away from our venue.

Airbnb is our go-to option when booking a place to stay. There are lots of Airbnb options around Pietraviva. Most of them will be larger villas which makes it cheaper to split the total cost amongst family members and friends. You also have the option to pay half at the time of booking and the other half the month you will be traveling. Make sure to read the cancellation policy before booking to make sure you are allowed to cancel and receive a full refund 48 hours before the trip (if necessary).
