Martha's Perspective: Back in 2017, we both separately decided to attend the Grape Escape in Calgary, AB. I (Martha) was there with my girlfriends while James was there working. Little did we know, that that event would change both of our lives forever. I was documenting our night and taking a selfie with a friend where out of the corner of my eye I saw a handsome, young man (James) pointing and laughing in my direction. I wasn't sure if I was the target until I saw 2 more people, whom he was talking to, started to look my way as well. I was having none of that, so I marched on over there and gave him an earful. Before I could say anymore, he stopped me and said "I'm totally busted, I'm sorry. We could take a selfie ourselves". Because of James' quick wit, we have a photo from the instant we met.
James' Perspective: All of the above is true, and I'm still sorry. We decided to go to the dog park the next day with Andie. I think it was Andie that truly won her over.
