Who says sports are pointless in our society? It's the joy of watching sports that brought us together! The first time Dusty and Matt met was at Beef O'Brady's to watch a soccer game with some mutual friends. They both caught each other's eye but it just did not feel like the right time to make a move. A short time later, Dusty was on her way to meet up with Bill and Sharmeela to tailgate at a football game, but they were nowhere to be seen. Dusty instead hung out alone with Matt and they instantly hit it off. While tailgating, Randy slyly played wing-man by making them exchange numbers when he suggested Dusty text Matt to remind him to buy beer (which Lord knows there was no way he was sober enough to drive and do). Soon after, Matt celebrated his birthday with Sharmeela, and Dusty came to hang out for a bit. After a fun night of flirting and celebrating with Dusty, Matt went for it, and asked Dusty to text him the next day. Well, sure enough, she did, and Matt asked her out on a date. AND the rest is history.
