Story
Living in Los Angeles as east coast transplants, Bob and Mel were both looking for love when they matched on Hinge. Mel found his profile interesting but was getting tired of the dating apps, so when he asked to do their date on a Monday night she had pretty much written him off. However love struck that night over beers and darts, and they instantly formed a connection. It wasn't until they were booking their Ubers home at the end of the night that they realized how serendipitous a match they truly were - they had been living as neighbors for years and had no idea.
With only a backyard fence separating them, Mel had often heard Bob and his roommates throwing parties and movie nights. She had even toyed with popping her head over the fence a few times to introduce herself, but didn't want to be that creepy neighbor. Alas, it seems as if it was for the best because Bob and Mel met at the exact right time in their lives to fall in love with each other.
Five years later they now live together with their two cats, Charlie & Penny, near Culver City in Los Angeles. After a surprise proposal at an escape room, one of Mel's favorite past times, they have been looking forward to the rest of their lives together. Their shared passion for travel has inspired them to tie the knot at a stunning medieval chateau in their favorite region of France, and they eagerly await the moment they get to declare their love in this beautiful setting with their closest friends and family.
