We are getting married in the Fry Suite which located within the main building of the hotel.

For those that will be staying at the hotel, check in will not be until 3pm, however, you can leave any luggage in reception.

Please be seated by 1pm for the wedding ceremony to start.

We have a photographer and videographer who will be with us all day. We would love for you to take pictures throughout the day, however, we respectfully ask for you to stay out of our photographer's way during the ceremony.

We will be taking photos following the ceremony. Drinks and canapes will be available so please mingle, relax and catch-up!

The Tea Ceremony is a Chinese wedding tradition where tea is served by us to our respective parents and elders. This is a tradition where the bride and groom is welcomed into their respective families and acknowledgment is given to the parents that have raised them. It symbolises the union of the two families.

You are welcome to observe the ceremony or feel free to have a wonder around the hotel grounds or check into your rooms.

Please find your seats to enjoy your meal together with us.

If you have any food allergies, please make sure you let us know, otherwise there will be sweets for you at the sweets' cart!

The all important speeches will be made after the meal.
