4:00pm: We will start at The Fields Reserve to set up the ceremony and reception space from 4pm - 5pm, if you are free and willing we would love your help at 4pm.

5:00pm: The rehearsal will start at 5pm at the Fields Reserve for everyone in or involved in the wedding and ceremony.

6:30pm: After the rehearsal concludes, we will make our way to the Courtyard by Marriott, Madison East for dinner and drinks. We will be providing a taco bar in the hotel conference room

8:00pm: Anyone who would like to join us for a drink before our big day, please feel free to come by the Courtyard by Marriott, Madison East hotel bar.

***Please do not arrive before 4:00pm***

4:00 - 4:20pm: Guests arrive, the Ceremony will start at 4:30pm and we would like for you to get a chance to park and be seated before we begin.

If you are staying at the hotel, a shuttle bus will be available. First wave will depart the Courtyard by Marriott, Madison East at 3:20pm. Wave two will depart the same location at 4:00pm.

We will have an open bar of select beer, wine, and spirits for your enjoyment to include two specialty drinks! Drinks are on us until 8:00pm, after that the bar will be a cash or card only until last call at 11:30pm.

6:00pm: Please be seated so we can start the grand march.

6:30pm: We will be releasing everyone by table to go through the buffet line and get food.

7:30pm: Cake cutting and let the dancing begin!

8:00pm: The bar will remain open, but we will no longer be providing the drinks. If you plan on drinking after 8:00pm please bring cash or card to pay for your own alcoholic beverages.

11:30pm: Last call.

11:45pm: Last shuttle departs The Fields Reserve to drop off at the Courtyard by Marriott, Madison East.

12:00am: Let the After party begin, we will be spending time at the Courtyard by Marriott, Madison East hotel bar until 2:00am. Please feel free to stop by if you aren't ready to hang up the dancing shoes just yet.
