Where to Stay
Whilst the wedding and reception will be taking place at The Timbercutter in Mathoura, we recommend for all our friends and family to stay in Echuca or Moama.
We absolutely love it here and hope that you'll enjoy spending a weekend away at our home away from home just as much as we do!
The Timbercutter is only a 45 minute drive from Echuca for those who wish to drive, and there will be a courtesy bus, with a few pick-up and drop-off points in Echuca and Moama, for those who'd prefer to party the night away!
Book Early!
We have managed to stay outside of busy season here in Echuca/Moama but we cannot stress enough to you all that it's always best to book early when staying in this area!
As soon as the sun starts to come back out, so do the people, so whether your camping, caravanning, hotelling or AirBnBing, please book as early as you can.

Courtesy Bus

We will be organising a courtesy bus for those who wish to use it, this bus will begin collecting guests from 3 pick-up points (TBC) time to be confirmed closer to the wedding. It is a 45 minute drive to The Timbercutter from Echuca, so it will be an earlier pick-up time ensures the bus is able to collect guests from the pick up points and get to the venue in time for the main event.
Should these times change we will let you know with plenty of notice.
If you would like to use the courtesy bus, please ensure you have selected this in your RSVP. We ask that you please let us know by no later than September 13th, 2025, to ensure we have final numbers to provide to the bus company.
The bus will also be dropping guests back to these locations at the end of the night!
Getting to the Venue
Please note that there is parking on-site for those who do wish to drive to the venue! Please ensure you only park in the parking area and do not park your cars on the grass of the property.

This charming riverside town is one of Australia's finest heritage icons and home to the largest paddle steamer fleet in the world.
Our wedding shuttle will also pick-up and drop-off to this location.
BIG 4- NRMA Echuca Holiday Park
Echuca is a heritage river town resting on the Murray River. The town was once Victoria's most substantial inland riverport, and has the Paddle Steam Boats to prove it! NRMA Echuca Holiday park is located right by the historic Port Precinct.
Accommodation options range from a wide selection of cabins, as well as powered and unpowered sites.
Madison Spa Resort
Madison Spa Resort is an adult’s only facility that offers a variety of rooms to cater for individuals, couples and groups.
