Proof of Vaccination - Our wedding venue, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, requires all of our guests to provide proof of vaccination -OR- a negative test within 72 hours of the ceremony. As a result, for those who are vaccinated, we kindly ask that you complete the brief form below by no later than Wednesday, October 20th. When filling out the form, please indicate “Unal Spano Wedding” for Event Party Name and select October 22nd for Event Date.



In compliance with privacy rules at both of our partner hotels, the hotels are unable to share with us our guest lists. As a result, we want to ensure that each guest secures their Welcome Gift. Please help us out -- it will take less than a minute!
